This paper investigates the synergetic control strategy for water hammer wave and mass in hydropower station with downstream channel. Firstly, mathematical model of channel (HSDC) surge tank (HSDCST) are established. Then, controller formula HSDC HSDCST derived on basis theory. Furthermore, it is parsed that dynamic characteristics to various disturbances under strategy. Finally, robustness applicability analyzed. The results indicate macro variable linear combination state variables their derivatives based feedback linearization equation. For strategy, has excellent employing sensitive response, small overshoot, fast attenuation speed no static error. superior PID controlling amplitude HSDC, which down 12.5%. faster, settling time 6.16s less than HSDCST.
